This position requires the ability to work with consulting teams to assure the client’s success, and ultimately, the success of the company.

Senior Software Engineer
Location: Chennai, India
The Senior Software Engineer role requires prior experience in design and development of an enterprise product, strong knowledge of J2EE frameworks, service-oriented architectures, web services, and metadata model driver architectures. A candidate must have specific knowledge of design patterns for business logic development, performance, and scalability and be able to actively participate in design and code reviews. A candidate must also be able to work closely with other engineers and QA to deliver a high quality product. This position requires 6-9 years of software design, coding, and testing experience with extensive hands-on experience with Java and XML.
Software Engineer
Location: Chennai, India

This position requires 4-7 years of software design, coding and testing experience with extensive hands-on experience with Java and XML.
Senior/Principal Developer

As a senior member of the Engineering team, the Senior/Principal Developer will be responsible for the design and implementation of a high performance and scalable server and application in the GRC market. The developer will use technical skills, research ability and tenacity to drive our products forward and ensure high level customer satisfaction.
QUALITY ASSURANCE/QUALITY CONTROL
Software Quality Assurance Engineer
Location: Chennai, India
As a member of our Quality Assurance team, a Software Quality Assurance Engineer will plan and conduct activities concerned with the quality assurance of Neohapsis application software. The Software QA Engineer will identify, analyze, and document problems with software applications following an established QA methodology. This position requires at least two years of experience in quality assurance, developing, and executing functional test cases. This position requires at least one year of experience working as a J2EE Software Developer or as a Whitebox Test Engineer using Java/Junit and must have experience measuring code coverage.
Software Quality Assurance Engineer Team Lead
Location: Chennai, India
As a Team Lead for our Quality Assurance team, an individual must be able to both plan and conduct activities concerned with the quality assurance of Neohapsis application software and must be able to mentor team members of all levels in the same. The Team Lead will identify, analyze, and document problems with software applications following an established QA methodology and will help to automate the QA testing function. This position requires at least seven years experience in quality assurance, developing, and executing functional test cases. This position requires at least five years of experience working as a J2EE Software Developer or as a Whitebox Test Engineer using Java/Junit and must have experience measuring code coverage.
