Risk Governance Ltd's product is now called Certus Risk.
Risk Governance Ltd was formed in October 2001 to bring the product Risk Governance to market, and in January 2005 became part of the Securac Holdings Inc. group of companies. The respective products have been marketed under the Acertus™ brand name.
In January 2006 Securac acquired Certus Software Inc, a leading provider of compliance and controls management software.
