The Agreement
Risk Governance Ltd (RGL) has signed an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) agreement with IBM such that the Risk Governance product will be co-marketed to the Financial Services, Retail and Government sectors. IBM and RGL will leverage the immense interest in the market around Risk Management and Corporate Governance to generate qualified sales leads for their respective partners, from the FTSE 350 customer base and Government departments.

Risk Governance uses the powerful Domino platform, iNotes clients & partners and WebSphere for a true scalable enterprise strength application. Future developments will take advantage of the WebSphere Portal and Discovery Server, preceded by integration of Lotus SameTime and QuickPlace. Java, XML and scalable vector graphics (SVG) are used throughout to deliver data and functionality to the user - speedily and attractively. The technology allows for flexible and scalable deployment options: either a single, centralised server or multiple distributed servers serving thousands of users.
For peace of mind, data is protected on servers and during transmission by very strong encryption protocols.
