Enterprise Risk Association ("ERA," "we," "our," or "us") operates the educational portal at riskgovernance.com. We publish research, analysis, and educational content on agentic AI risk governance for enterprise executives. Our contact address is [email protected].
We collect information you provide directly when you submit a form on this site. This includes your name, business email address, company name, job title, and any message you choose to include. We do not collect payment information, government-issued identification, or sensitive personal data. We also collect standard server log data (IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps) automatically when you visit the site. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell your data to any party.
Information submitted through our Executive Briefing Request form or PDF download form is used solely to: (a) respond to your inquiry and deliver the requested materials; (b) send you a single auto-responder confirmation email; and (c) allow our team to follow up regarding the briefing you requested. We do not add you to any marketing list without your explicit consent. Server log data is used for security monitoring and aggregate analytics only.
When you submit a form, you will receive a transactional confirmation email from [email protected]. This email contains the materials you requested and a summary of next steps. It is not a marketing email. You may reply to that email at any time to opt out of further communications, and we will honor that request within 5 business days.
We retain form submission data for up to 24 months from the date of submission, after which it is deleted from our systems. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will confirm deletion within 10 business days.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We use Resend (resend.com) as our transactional email service provider; your email address is transmitted to Resend solely for the purpose of delivering your confirmation email. This site uses minimal, functional cookies required for the site to operate correctly (e.g., session state). We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or behavioral profiling tools. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns; this data is not linked to individual identities.
